Ashtanga Yoga – focuses on the use and eventual expansion of breath and concentration to improve your mental well-being as you enhance your flexibility, balance, and physical strength.
Yin/Restorative — This practice uses deep extended stretching of the connective tissue to enhance flexibility, balance, and improve one’s concentration.

Vinyasa – incorporates the flow of a series of demanding postures to raise body temperature. In the process, strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance is expanded and increased to new levels of capability.

The beauty of Yoga is its ability to create a harmony between body and mind. As you learn the various postures, you are increasing your ability to stretch muscle, tendons, and ligaments, as well as expand your balance and mental awareness. It makes you want to improve your eating habits, provides a more serene outlook on your ability to interact socially and provides the humble confidence necessary to overcome life’s everyday challenges.
